This Double bucket and Grit Guard kit contains two buckets and one grit guard, this combination helps reduce wash-induced marring and swirl marks, see our Guides page above for more information on the two-bucket method.

For the best finish you'll need two buckets, one for the soap solution and one with plain water and a grit guard.

Prep:
In your wash bucket you'll need to mix for favoured shampoo with water and fill roughly two thirds full and then into your other bucket insert a grit guard and fill with water to two thirds full

Wash:
To wash your vehicle select a suitable wash mitt or sponge and dip into your wash solution and wash a panel of your vehicle at a time then, rinse your wash mitt in the water only bucket, use the grit guard at the bottom of the bucket to wipe the mitt against to remove any dirt particles, these will then sink under the guard to avoid contaminating the water and attaching back to the mitt, then once the mitt is clean, dip into the soap solution and wash the vehicle, repeat these steps.
