P.a. Foam Lance - Heavy Duty

This P.A. Heavy Duty Foam lance attaches directly to your pressure washer gun. Used as a Pre-Wash Tool, it mixes with Snow Foam and with water flow to create a thick foam which clings to the vehicle. Softening and lifting dirt and grit from the vehicles surface the foam is then removed with either a pressure washer or hose.

This process eliminates a majority of the harmful dirt and grit that causes swirls on the paintwork during cleaning.

All of our connectors are made of quality brass to ensure quality fitment and Karcher fitments are made of quality hard wearing plastic.

To use correctly, firstly connect the brass unit of your Foam lance to your pressure washer trigger and make sure fitted correctly and firmly. Then taking the bottle pour in to 1" to 2" of Snow Foam into the bottle and fill to an inch from the top with warm or cold water (preferably warm water, depending on the typr of foam used) and attach the bottle securely to the brass unit but don't overtighten.

To use the Foam lance all you need to do is aim the foam lance at your vehicle and pull your pressure washers trigger, the width of the spray can be adjusted by turning the end nozzle, from a hard jet to a wider shower of spray, the wider the spray angle the more coverage on the car you will get.

The strength of the mix can be adjusted by turning the top dial, to add more water to the mix turn the dial to the plus (+) symbol, for a stronger mix turn the dial to the minus (-) symbol, for a good strong mix of foam turn the tap all the way to the stop point at (-) and then turn the tap back towards the (+) for one turn, we have found this to be the best mix for a strong clingy foam.

Does what it claims. The lance allows control of the stream between a jet and fan which makes getting into all areas easy or quickly covering the car. The foam adjustment knob did not seem to have a great deal of effect for me when used with my Karcher 620M, even the minimum setting produced large quantities of foam so increasing the setting was not required.
The only improvement I could suggest for this product is to change the shape of the container to have a larger base and thus more stable when placed at rest on a surface. (Posted on 15/12/2011)

Bought this with the Kranzle attachment and it's a product that is not only great for applying snow foam but is also a novel item to use and will have your neighbours coming out to admire your red car turning white, easy to use, robust and with the brass parts it'll last for a very long time, bottle is also a standard size so can be replaced cheaply.
